Katyusha In An "Empty" City | Wuhan in February

On Janurary 23, the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Department in Wuhan announced that the public transpotation system was shut down temporarily and no one should leave or enter the city without special reason. The whole city seemed empty by then.

On February 1, 2020, an old man with a mask was walking on the empty street, playing Katyusha with an accordion. After this video clip was uploaded on social media, people reacted with strong emotions and hope. Up to March 24, it has gained over 92,000 reposts, 6,200 comments, and 223,000 likes.
